Ouvrir les compteurs, les volets, et de veiller à ce qu' il soit en bon état de propreté
Vous proposer et éventuellement de placer tout le linge nécessaire a la location, via notre service « Pack linge » , faire les lits
Nous occuper de faire l entrée de vos clients
Proposer un service « hôtellerie » : ménage quotidien ou a leur convenance
Gérer si nécessaire les petits soucis éventuels durant la location (problème électrique , eau , de clefs etc )
Effectuer la sortie des locataires
Vérifier l état des lieux, rendre éventuellement la caution
Nettoyer éventuellement votre bien après le départ des locataires

Airport Transfer

You can also reserve and book on line your Airport Transfer to and from the apartment. Airport Transfer will be a saloon car with a driver that awaits for you at the airport. The driver will wait for you at arrivals with your name-sign and then take you to our office or your property . Once at our offices you will be greeted by a member of our staff and be accompanied in the taxi to your apartment.

For a return-transfer the driver will collect you from the apartment and will take you to the departure terminal at Nice airport
